The ultimate in striking cakes! While this could be a traditional cake, we recommend wrapping the soft bands of ladyfinger cake around layers of our raspberry Bavarian cream made with raspberry puree to ensure a true, fresh raspberry flavor. Delicious, light and pure—with flavor and texture that provides a great finish to your wedding meal. This cake can be scaled for gatherings of 40–300. The assortment of fruit will vary with the seasons.
